Jackson

The 3rd week of June Steve and I went on a trip to Jackson Hole , Wy with all the store managers who made double digit comp for the year.
We went to mom and Dads on Friday after school/work and went to Tracis wedding on Saturday and left on Monday.  We got back Thursday morning.  It was an eventful week.
Dad drove us to the airport Monday morning but pulled over on the way because he wasn't feeling good.  Once we got to the airport he still wasnt feeling well and actually passed out.  It was pretty scary to see Dad like this.  The ambulance came and took him to the hospital and Aaron came to get his car.  Katie took care of the kids while Mom went to see Dad.  Steve and I flew out and got to Jackson that evening just in time to dress up and have dinner on the top of the mountain.  It was rainy and cold and we saw a bear on the way down.  The food was awesome and we met a girl and her husband who was fro Florida and interning there and recognized Leifs name. HA!

Tuesday we went white water rafting and ate at cafe before we headed out. Rafting was pretty fun and jumping in the river was cold! Then we came back and got ready for our nice dinner in Jackson Hole down town.  I missed my kids so much and I was just ready to get back to them.  They were being taken care of but were bouncing back and forth between Mom and Katies and Tori and Steven were homesick.  After dinner we walked around town and we were so tired we went straight to bed when we got back to our room. Wednesday was the day I was really excited for. We got a couples massage and then ate lunch and went on a 2 hour countryside horse back ride.  Then we got ready in our cowboy hats and had the last ceremony dinner at the cowboy bar.  After that we went in the hot tub on the roof.  Thursday we woke up really early like 5am to get backed up and head home.  I was soon excited to the kids!!! It was a great get away with Steve but hard to relax when I knew the kids were missing me.
