My kids are growing up TOO TOO fast!!

***********REESE**********

6 months old already!! Reese is about 17 lbs and 26 inches. She is now scooting and rolling all over! I will lay her down on the floor and look over and she will be on the opposite side of the room. She sits up and I even gave her a little baby food. I just got her an exersaucer (off of craigslist for 15 bucks, in great shape!!!) and she loves it! She LOVES to watch the kids dance. I have a video on Steve's phone, I will have to post it, when she was like 4 months old watching the kids dance and she is cracking up! She is so mellow and has been the best baby.
*********TORI**********

"I'm gonna be fee!" Tori is almost 3 years old and is a whoppin 35.5 lbs!! She is a big girl with a big attitude! She is so funny. I love her age because they are so serious, and still learning how to talk. She loves having time with us when the older kids are at school. She always wants me to play Barbies with her. She has been potty trained for almost a year now and wears "A-wear" and even sleeps in a twin bed in her own room. She has adjusted well to most everything and doesnt really get scared about much unlike Steven who is afraid of everything and change. She can be pretty independent IF SHE WANTS, but if she doesn't want to that's a whole other story. She pretty much runs the joint. She hasn't had anymore passing out fits and I hope she never has one again! I don't care that they don't hurt her they scare the CRAP out of me, even when I know whats happening. She has grown so much over the last year. At least she wont be starting kindergarten anytime soon.
***************STEVEN************

Steven is in full day kindergarten and I cant believe it!! Its like he was just born yesterday. He only goes 2-3 days a week, so it helps me to adjust. Although it is nice to have a break once in a while too. He loves having lunch at school and going to PE,and music. I love helping out in his class and having lunch with him. He is so small!! I love that he isn't so observant like Sydney is and misses things that kids say. He doesn't let things get to him too much. He LOVES his sisters and its so nice having his big sister just one grade ahead to keep an eye out for him. He loves to tease Tori (not something I enjoy!)but he is always helping her when they play and tries to take care of her. Now I think Steven might just have bonded with Reese a little more that the other girls. Reese loves him and he is so gentle with her. He was the first person to get her laughing hysterically and continues to. He has a big array of emotions and they go pretty wild sometimes (He kinda turns into the HULK,but we are working on it). He also be the sweetest. Weird how that works.

************SYDNEY***********

Sydney is now in FIRST grade and going all day. She doesn't really like going to school to be honest. It is nice that her teacher, Mrs. Hochstrasser, is LDS and makes her feel a little more comfortable and can keep an eye on some of those inappropriate little boys!!
She loves to dance and listen to music. Music is her favorite part of school. Ive been able to have lunch w/ her and help out in her class a couple times already and LOVE doing that. I'm looking forward to volunteering more as the "little girls" get bigger. She is pretty much BOY CRAZY, but has good taste. She recently got invited to a boy in our wards birthday party and she was the only girl there, but I don't think she minded. She also plays house with a little boy at recess and she is the mom and he is the dad and he goes to work and she has the babies....lol! It is so sweet and innocent and funny to hear about it.

Visiting Great Aunt Becky

Tori, Reese and I went and visited Aunt Becky the other day, while Sydney and Steven were at school. It was her birthday and she turned 85! She is in such great shape...I couldnt believe it. She got down and was putting Tori's shoes on her at one point and it just surprised me. She is so sweet and we love living close to her.
