Weekend of non-stop Birthdays!

Wow! What a weekend.  It was fun, exciting, and tiring!  We celebrated Stevens kid party earlier this week and rented a blow up water slide which was very FUN!  I think Steve and I need to rent one just for us next time and get a babysitter for the kids!! ;) JK!  Steven didn't want any girls this year at his party (so not into girls unlike his "boy crazy" sister...did I mention she announced to her school class that she was boy crazy and it was published in their class book!!!!)  So he had 4 of his best buds over to play and then we had cupcakes and presents.

Steven and Jacob(which happened to have been born on the same day!)
Steve trying to shake them on the blow up

Steven going down.  These boys were soo fun to watch go down...they were bouncy and flying all over the place....not cautious at all!  Especially the big guy up on the right.  :)
Jackson, Alex, Steven, Jacob and Marcus
Boys will be Boys!

         HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY STEVEN!!!!
Steven is obsessed with Avengers at the moment and wanted all the action figures from the movie.  He also got a new and needed bigger bike.

I love my  little Boy!  Time has gone by too fast and he is growing up into a Strong, Amazing and sensitive little man!  :)

Steven wanted to go bowling!
Then to Red Robin and home for cake ( Avengers of course) and a family water fight to finish the evening!

Lookin good Steve...not far off from your real face  ;)
                                                       Steve LOVES to wrestle Dad!

                                                     Steve's 29th Birthday

Since Steve's birthday was on Sunday we took it easy and went to church and relaxed watching the Olympics.  I did make him breakfast and cut him a piece of Stevens cake and sang to him .

and no that's not dirt on Steve's upper lip.  He is actually acting a fool and trying to grow one for his dads wedding in September....got to start early!

My Birthday...well at this point we are all a little tired of the word Birthday but that's fine because unlike the boys I like to shy from the spotlight.  I got to go to Crossfit with one of my  friends ( which I am soooo excited I finally found a workout I LOVE!  Its the best!   Steve and I have been  going for a few weeks and every workout pushes you so hard you are always sore the next few days...don't know why but I'm addicted!)
                                                                  Tori and I
We went to the Hydro tube in Boise and had fun!  Even Reese went down in (on Steve's lap) and loved it!

Summer Catch up

Our friends, who moved here from Battle Ground 6 months after we did, moved down to Arizona so we met up with them at a new park in Meridian to say good bye!
They have 6 kids and 4 are the same ages as ours.

Sydney and Brooklyn                                                    Steven and Harrison

Finally got a ponytail in Reese's hair....but she doesn't let it stay long before she rips it out!

This years Fourth was kind of a Bummer.  Steve had to work all day so I decided to take the kids to Jabbers (a pretend play place) and just do things around the house.  That night when Steve got home we did some sparklers with the kids and then drove to a place to watch a fireworks show.....which was kind of weak compared to the fireworks shows back in WA.

                                                                    Rootbeer Floats!
I came home one night to the powder room painted....so of course I had to go buy new  bathroom decor to match.
                                                          Reese got a new outfit
Tball came to an end. Steven said he liked it but not as much as basketball and wrestling.   Little does he know he is going to have to decide between those two sports.........  Ha!
Reese practicing a little potty training.  Ill work on getting rid of the passy later...right now she still takes a good 2 hour nap with it and I know once I take that away the nap will go too.  So no rush for me!
In the meantime I've put her to work following in my footsteps.  (she actually wanted to do it all by herself and wouldn't let me help her).
Tori and Reese playing in the baby pool.
Sydney all ready for Cheer Camp and performing below with her friends Kaiya and Kaitlyn.
