Steve requested I make some chocolate peanut butter ones, so here they are. They are chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganche filling w/ PB cream cheese frosting. These turned the best so far.
Blue Velvet, Blackberry curd filling with lemon/Blackberry creamcheese frosting. They turned out pretty good, but not as good as they sounded! :)

Oh my Becky! Jeremy would be in heaven! All he asks for these days is cupcakes...Hopefully someday, we'll get to try em...I'm sure they are WAY better than a cake mix and pre-made frosting :-)
